Where is the festival located?

Bright Shade is located near downtown Nashville in between Charlotte Pike and West End Avenue off the 31st Connector. The festival grounds is at The Yard at OneC1TY at 8 City Blvd, Nashville TN 37209

Are there VIP options? What is included with VIP?

Yes, there are VIP options. Our VIP tickets include a GA ticket, access to a private festival viewing area, access to a private bar, an exclusive gift, a main stage viewing area, and 10% off all Bright Shade merchandise. Meet and greet options may be available at a later date.

What transportation and parking options are there?

Bright Shade is generously hosted by our friends at OneC1TY Nashville. Their facility has limited free public parking available.

What can I bring into Bright Shade?

Bring your blanket, towel, sunscreen, empty water bottle, 1 SEALED water bottle, strollers, small cameras, and ALL your friends!

We don’t allow outside food or drink, lawn chairs, pets of any kind, coolers, drugs or alcohol, large bags, glass containers, hammocks, umbrellas, weapons, tobacco or vape products, carts or wagons, drones, tripods or steadycams, or vehicles of any kind.

What time does the show start

Doors for Bright Shade are at 12p. Music starts at 12:30p.

Can I bring my kids to Bright Shade

Yes! Kids under the age of 10 don’t require a ticket and get free entry.

What is the Covid policy?

In accordance with local and state guidelines, there is no requirement for proof of vaccination or a negative test to be shown for entry. However, masks are encouraged for those who wish to wear them and we ask anyone who is not feeling 100% well to stay at home.
